Steel Framing
St Saviors Church in Acton. Extensive design for creating a larger open plan prayer hall at ground level. Steel frames designed to support 7m high 560mm thick external brick walls roof and privide Lateral stability following removal of shear walls.
New Build
3-storey Steel Framed building for client the Syrian Orthodox Church. Piled Foundations supporting reinforced concrete pile caps and ground beams composite slabs and beams. Original building comprised church hall at ground, prayer hall at first and accommodation at second.

Inspection and structural reports on buildings showing signs of movement with recommendations for remedial works.

Steel and timber framing to loft space extensions finding ideal solutions for positioning of supporting structure.
Trees
The effect of nearby trees and vegetation on new and existing foundations. Assessments and determining of required foundation depths for different tree species and ground conditions, especially relevant for founding on high shrinkable soils such as London clay.
