3-storey Steel Framed building for client the Syrian Orthodox Church. Piled Foundations supporting reinforced concrete pile caps and ground beams composite slabs and beams. Original building comprised church hall at ground, prayer hall at first and accommodation at second.
Inspection and structural reports on buildings showing signs of movement with recommendations for remedial works.
Measured survey of cracking and monitoring where required.
Steel and timber framing to loft space extensions finding ideal solutions for positioning of supporting structure.
